Once an order is placed, we ship that same day. It is not unusual for us to work after hours to ensure timely delivery.

Our people are well trained in specific packaging needs. We spend several hours preparing shipments to ensure they arrive properly, i.e.; pallet size and height, lettering size, shrink wrap, bar coding, etc.

Sales Training.
We feel it is imperative that our people understand the products they sell. Selling is telling a story of features and benefits. All of our sales force has attended factory training seminars. Due to a low turnover and many years of experience, our salespeople have an electronic component knowledge which is second to none.
